"Great place to live. Beautiful views and great restaurants. A slow pace of life with several really cool things to do. "
  • Tom MacMichael
"This is a small town without a large commercial area. There are not that many kids living in town. We have two families with children near us. The schools are not very close to us. But it is peaceful and we are a very community oriented town. The traffic on our main road is very busy with trucks that use the highway to go from Georgia to Alabama and back. We are also a vacation destination because of the parks and youth camps near us. There are some sidewalks along the main road and we are at elevation so it is cooler than most towns in Alabama."
  • Joubert P.
"There are many families in the area and there are many parks and nature trails! It’s a great place to visit and live, not too busy and just enough stuff "
  • Pathways
"This is a small community with a lot of weekend residents and vacationers. It is a safe and beautiful area and is quiet most of the time. "
