This school is the worst school I have ever encountered. I have went to 5 school growing up due to moving around . My son is in kindergarder and he has been suspended a number of times. He got a a write up for making a squeaking noise in school. In kindergarten. When you try to talk to the principal she tells you everything you say is wrong. I am trying to find a new house so I can take him out of this school district and work with people to help my son not work against him. If you are moving do not let your kids go here

"the type of community herkimer provides is a very nurturing and thriving evenoirment. with access to many things such as a grocery store and local facilities to wash your clothes, borrow a book, and gain a hobby I'm sure anyone would find it a wonderful place to live."

"Some areas are rough, especially Main St., but there are some long standing families here. lots of college kids around, sometimes for the better or worse."

"Don’t know much about Nieghbor.. The town beautiful but is semi empty, not much people live there and many buildings are empty and abandoned including school buildings.. not much activities "
