About this House

Wonderful home. Stucco with bahama shutters/impact glass as hurricane protection. Detached garage is 1200 sq. feet. Has an awesome workshop/office space/exercise room as well as 3 car parking. RV garage is 800 sq feet and can park your motor home/boat/etc. New roof in 2004 with 50 year shingles. New prior to hurricanes. House was painted outside in 2006. Concrete circular drive. 1.25 acres. Separate living and family rooms. Fireplace is cocquina rock. Beautiful. Wood-burning. Flooring is wood, tile and some carpet. New carpet in 2006. Beautifully landscaped.

Neighborhood Description

This is an equestrian community. People ride their horses. There are a number of dirt roads for the horses but I live in a paved road. Every year there is a Christmas parade and it goes right in front of my house. We sit out in our lawn chairs and watch the horses/floats/etc. go by. Remember, in Florida in December, we are still wearing shorts! Lots of people have large animals here as well as beautiful gardens. Anything will grow here.
