One bedroom is upstairs and one is down. The master bedroom has a cute built in computer area as well as a gigantic walk in closet. This home has faux hardwood in the common areas as you can see in the photos. It does come with a stackable washer and dryer and has a cozy patio right off the kitchen. Pets of any size are welcome with a $250 pet fee and a monthly pet rent of $10 for dogs. Aggressive breeds of dogs, such as rottweilers, pit bulls, and dobermans can not be permitted. Our community comes with a business center with billiards, 24 fitness center, playground, and salt water swimming pool. $50 Application Fee

    "Spring Hill is a beautiful place to live and raise a family. It’s about 30 minutes south of Nashville. The people are down to earth and overall friendly. The seasons are neat: wildflowers cover the hills in the Spring, fireflies look like magic dancing in the grass in the Summer, the fall leaves and country pumpkin patches nearby make Fall wonderful, and Winter is, well, grey and wet. They completely shut everything down if it snows a couple inches. Winter isn’t my favorite, but it makes you really appreciate the Spring. There are also rivers and waterfalls that you can get to relatively easily, as well as some great shopping in nearby Franklin. There’s live music with really good musicians in so many restaurants. "
