About this House

This 1 1/2 story home is on a corner lot with a fenced rear yard with a play house and storage shed for all the extra "stuff". There are two bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom on the second floor and also has a landing area room that is perfect for an office/study area. Plenty of storage too in the knee wall areas. The sellers enclosed the breezeway between the house and garage to make a dining room area and there is an enclosed area that can be used for storage. The living room has wood floors and the kitchen is very nice with good counter space and storage cabinets. The basement is divided into two rooms. A very nice floor plan with low maintenance exterior vinyl and aluminum siding at an affordable listing price.
