This school is by far one of the worst schools in the county. It should be shut down and re staffed. There are a small handful of people who actually try and do the right thing but a far greater number of people from the teachers to the front desk who are way to comfortable putting their hands on these kids . My kids dreads going to school here. We tried to get him in a magnet program and as soon as they found out. Some how he was dropped from it. They do not want the best interest for these kids .

I had one of my sons graduate from Gibbc in the early 2000s. Which that year was exceptional, my second son went there 2 days this year he decided to leave he told me alot of bad things happen so he signed up at Dixie High and graduates this year.. Go Dixie exceptional school my 3rd son has so many problems there so much has changed..How does a child get suspended so much when you're in the care of teachers poor teachers poor staff. That school is crazy......unprofessional.

I was bullied and harassed at this school for having autism, I dread the day I go here everyday, the school didn't help me from bullying and watched it happened, the teachers told lies to my mom that I was a bad student, I only had one teacher that actually cared about my existence, the special education was one way ticket to hell, I learned NOTHING from this school, I was harassed by the boys and they brushed it off, I do not recommend this god forsaken school
