Close to the beach, a beach resort, park nearby with covered tables and seating, grills to use, tall garbage cans to use, sidewalk with walking trail and benches and gazebo, 2 ponds with ducks and geese, turtles and fish and frogs. walking/bike trail neatly kept, stores, pharmacies, food close. Opportunities for volunteers . Plenty of space for parties, reunions, sports practice. Baseball field in good shape and away from children structures. "
