"not the best looking neighborhood but definitely a neighborhood with people who care for the neighborhood and it's safety. some sketchy people once and a while but for the most part most neighbors are great people who care for the neighborhood "
  • J M.
"I've lived here since the beginning of November and have to say that I am really glad I got in early and stuck through the initial setbacks. It definitely can't be easy trying to manage a large apartment complex while it's in the process of being built and they've done a great job. The apartments themselves are beautiful and a relaxing place to call home, I have a top floor unit so can't say anything about noise above but I hardly ever hear neighbors. The construction noise goes on during the day but it's not excessive and they are done by the evening making the fantastic patios a great place to hangout. The pool and BBQ area is kept up really well daily and a popular place on the weekends. Their maintenance crews are busy all day keeping up the property and quick to do repairs. On the weekends the traffic towards the stadium can be hectic but everything you need is towards Camelback and away from the worst of it. The area is growing fast and an awesome place if you want to be close to the amenities Glendale has to offer."
  • Trulia User
"We have all different kinds of events. It's a family park. The park gives gifts to the kids at Christmas. The have a bus stop here at the park with a park resident that stands with the children till they are picked up. It's a great place to live. "
  • Trulia User
"it looks well safe and sound well-manicured. It looks like a place that I would enjoy living and being comfortable and safe is very expensive portant to me. To know that we have great neighbors that will look out for each other I respect each other space. That is very important as well. You want to be able to relax and enjoy your home because you make your house a home some place that after a very trying day you're able to come home and relax and not worry about your neighbors.."
  • Trulia User
"The school nearby is awesome. The park is always kept clean including the bathrooms. Everyone is super friendly"
  • Grosskopf_2
"I see people walking and I also see people walking their dogs. It’s a friendly safe neighborhood. Great neighborhood with beautiful sunsets and hot air balloons filling the sky!!!"
  • Ric_rocket591
"Many nice sized neighborhood parks for walking pets. Pet waste bag stations are located in each park. All parks are well maintained. "
  • Digital_602
"Long commutes to downtown as I live in north Peoria, lake pleasant and happy valley. Drive to downtown or Glendale is about 30-40 minute drive. It is nice but the area is growing too fast for commute and what area has to offer. This area will need its own mall just like Glendale has Tanger and Arrowhead. Way more development happening as we speak and I hope the city is ready for that. Haven’t looked at what their plans are yet but we don’t plan to stay here for more than 10 years. "
  • Grosskopf_2
"Quite and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Great neighborhood for raising children and having family come to visit your home."
  • Ashley D.
"I have lived in Peoria for 16 years! It has grown and developed a lot over the years. The schools are great and the neighborhoods are nice as well."
  • 15lovelylatina
"Peoria hosts little events like Peoria days, and the major holidays like 4th of July. Having local events in a fun and family friendly setting is a great feature. "
  • Ric_rocket591
"Retired. We do not have a need to commute. There is a city shuttle that provides free transportation to the dining and entertainment district. "
  • Ric_rocket591
"We are retired so this question is not applicable to us. There is a city owned commuter van system that provides convenient access to the Peoria entertainment district. "
  • Cdatoylady
"Spring training, farmers markets and vendor events, food truck nights, trunk or treat, fireworks and holiday celebrations"
  • Cristina-chacon
"I have my own vehicle there is public available but it’s too hot to walk there. I do not like public transportation because there are too many transient on the bus "
  • Zanehya G.
"Peoria library or city of Peoria will host events at the library for adults teens and kids and they have to outdoor movies etc "
