They don't make them like this anymore. This sturdy, brick, 'U' shaped home was formerly a motel. One wing (1/3) of the building was remodeled into a home with the individual old walls taken down and the walls and ceiling nicely textured with new lights on the ceiling. Great kitchen. You could live in this modernized section as you contemplate what to do with the remainder of the building.
Beyond the remodeled south wing, the balance of the motel consists of 6 of the original motel rooms which remain about the same as when the motel was closed.
