    "while the neighborhood is safe and friendly, the children are somewhat sparse, since everyone in the neighborhood has lived here long enough that their children have moved out. as a child, I did not have more than 1 or 2 neighborhood friends, simple because no kids lived on my block. I was very friendly with 3 or 4 nice old ladies nearby though :)"
