The 40 ft Conex Box is quite the workshop with a wood stove and evaporate cooler. There's electric to the property, telephone and internet is through Frontier, the propane tank is leased through Ferrellgas and there's an incinerator. The property gets its water delivered and has a big 7,500 gallon above ground tank with a two year old pressure tank. The area is nice and quiet with panoramic views and it's Zoned AR-10 so it could be broken up into 10 acre parcels.     "I lived out of city limits for 6 years. Kingman was once a little town with Stockton Hill Road once being two lanes and all dirt. In coming back now after a 3 year absence, I can't say I am much impressed. The drug problem is still widespread, Birdland looks worse than ever, and houses are being built as fast and as close together as possible. But where are good paying jobs? Where are cultural experiences? Where is diversity? Where is industry and city planning? Kingman has potential, but the sudden influx of those fleeing California shows the town is growing out, not up. Kingman needs long range goals to retain its new residents and attract others. I hope the next time I visit for a sustained period of time that I feel better about this town. "
