The only thing that is bad is the safety of the school I mean that’s almost normal how this school is always on lockdown because of a scuffle trust me Dillard isn’t that bad if you have friends Would I recommend someone’s child to go here??? NO!!! but if it’s the last resort, go ahead. Another thing is the teachers honestly don’t teach they just push a video/book in your face and tell you to write until the bell rings

I received a child that attends this school, first of all the surrounding area is the hood. Second of all the front service staff acts like they hate their job and they speak to the children as if they are worthless. I went there today and not only did the lady at the front desk NOT check my identification to pick up a child but she did not even get up from the comfort of her desk to tend to children across the room, she simply kept yelling at them. Additionally my research shows this is an F school, yikes!! I knew something wasn't right when the kindergarten teacher told me during a conference that the child is doing well although the child is barely reading and it's the end of the year. Standards here are extremely low, cant wait for the child to attend a different school next year.

This school is horrible. The teachers are beyond lazy, and do not effectively respond to anything. The school did a poor job of keeping parents informed. The staff members are rude. And the teachers who do respond have no educational thought process. The teacher to student ratio is floored. Your child will be failing and you will never know. Everything is electronic. The communication at this school is a complete failure, with the staff and administrators. The kids are very rude and very disrespectful. I cried one day walking the halls, if you hear the way these children talk and the way the staff communicate with them is so sickening. A student once brought a gun to school and that was the biggest fear of my life. While the school was on shut down the after math of it all was just poorly dealt with. There was no type of intervention with kids and parents who had to deal with the chaos. Do not walk RUN FROM THIS SCHOOL IT IS HORRIBLE!!!!! This school has always had a bad reputation from pass to present. The schools in these areas are the worst. And the scores and grade the school has shows it. They do not care about the kids. And the ones that do, it’s like looking for a needle in a haystack.
