    "This is a pet and child friendly community. Streets are 15 mph and Bermuda View ends in a cul-d-sac. Property backs to a beautiful lake and landscaping is immaculate. Most of the neighbors are friendly and would drop everything to help a neighbor in need. That is why we have lived here for over 6 years."
