    "Moore Town Road is in the rural area of Pender county. I'm not sure if I can give a fair assessment based on the way the questions are setup in this review . Anyway here goes, I live in this area and I love it. It's quiet, we don't need public transportation, everyone has their own transporation, parking as it's known it the city is not a problem for in the rural area. We own acreage, with plenty of parking. If we want to catch a movie, or do some serious shopping, we travel to Wilmington which is about 20 miles away. "

    "Right across from School. Just a nice home, away from Wilmington, yet still close enough for daily driving. Back yard will be beautiful next spring. Great opportunity to make it look like you want it to."

    "The area is quite and peaceful but provides the ability to drive a very short distance to an ever growing variety of stores and restaurants. Wilmington is only a 15-20 minute drive away but is far enough that taxes and other costs of living are more affordable. Area schools are some of the best in the state. "
