Lots of Wildlife. Hallways are wide for wheel chair access. House is on maintained Septic System. Fenced for horses, etc. My wife & I designed this house with Designers help and we included many extra features not found in many homes i.e. Circulating Hot Water thru out house, Instant Hot Water at kitchen sink, Extra Wall and Attic Insulation, Ceiling Fans in Morning Room, Living Room and Master Bedroom. House is located on Hillside and has ~ 10 foot high Crawl Space that is easily adaptable for Daylight Basement. Even have electrical outlets under eves in front of house for Christmas Lights. Have small finished garage under house for tractor. This has been our perfect Retirement Home; however, time for us to downsize.

    "This area is a fairly quiet place to live. The area is far enough away from downtown to not be congested, but close enough to be convenient to all major shopping on Washington ST. There is a local neighborhood park nearby, and although Fifth Ave is used as a shortcut to Sequim AVE, it's manageable. Really, this area is okay for anyone, but they should be open minded for young families and/or families with young children as the area seems to have quite a few."
