    "My neighborhood has great access to public transit, and is only 7 min from downtown. It’s walkable and has a wonderful variety of coffee shops, restaurants, and parks within a short distance. "

Prolific trash and dumping, as well as a very heavy homeless population. There are obvious signs of drug use, as well as public drug use sightings increasing. People drive extremely fast and recklessly depending on the road. Not a place for children."

    "I have lived in the South Perry District since 1996. I moved to Spokane from the Bay Area and I really love this area. It has the feel of downtown Berkley, and the comfort of May berry. I have 3 kids and it has been a great area to raise my kids. Our neighbors are great. We take walks throughout neighborhood and love seeing our neighbors out and about.
