House will be available for walkthrough sometime after the 1st of September once current tenants are moved out. House will be available the 1st of October and possibly sooner? House is still being rented until Sept.1st so please do not bother current tenants.

Must complete the Zillow background and application to be considered. $2,000 deposit and first month's rent of $1,650 a month. No Smoking, small Pets ok on a review basis and additional security deposit of $500 dollars per animal. Rent does not include any utilities. Landscaping front and back will be maintained by renter, except large tree trimming, that will be maintained by owner.

People are terrific, wildlife run free and are respected, the mountain views leave me speechless, prices for Realestate are reasonable, Tehachapi is handy and provides access to extras, although with the amenities in BVS (other than to go to work) one never has to leave for recreation or necessities.
