This is an ideal casita for a professional or graduate student because of the close proximity to downtown, I35, shops, restaurants, university, etc. There is no need for a vehicle because of the conveniences of restaurants and retail shops, post office, grocery stores, hospitals, parks, etc.No pets are allowed.Serious inquires only.
