You will need an approved application on file to view the inside of the property. After your application is approved, you will be given the key to view the inside of the property on your own.
The application fee is $60 per adult, any occupant 18 years old.
Qualifications include but aren't limited to:
Credit score needs to be at least 500
No evictions in the past 3 years
Criminal background check
At least 6 months at present employer
Your income needs to be at least 3 times the rent
We will need to have proof of income and make a copy of your drivers' license/ ID.

We are not accepting housing vouchers/ Section 8 at this time.

Pet fee:
Small animals- $150 per pet
Large animals- $250 per pet
2 max; no aggressive animals; no chained animals.

We are open Monday- Friday from 9-3.

Renters Insurance is required at lease signing.

There are a lot of mountains and fresh air. If you are looking for something to do there is things like hiking trails,parks, and trampoline parks but that is mainly it unless you live downtown."

It's rare that a vehicle ISN'T driving by at least every 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or so, and they aren't concerned about how fast they're actually traveling. New parents beware: my first year living at this location, I've witnessed no less than 3 single car accidents. Not the ideal place to live if you have wandering toddlers."
