"keep fur babies on leashes. dont leave them out alone at night. we do get coyotes every so often. Be respectful of the neighbors. we have great area for walking animals around. have a beautiful park for your animals to play in. very friendly neighbors. we love the fur babies. clean up after your animal if they happen to go on someones yard. "
