Description

This is a 5 bedroom 2 full bath house with very large spacious rooms downstairs there are two bedrooms the living room and kitchen along with a full bath. Upstairs there are three large bedrooms full bath laundry area one of the bedrooms upstairs has a door that leads out to a deck. The basement is not your Michigan basement. There is a 4-foot wide concrete wall that completely goes all the way around the basement. Six and a half feet from the floor to the ceiling in the basement. And there is a special room designed for canned goods and surplus food storage. The house used to be and Upstairs Downstairs apartment. Therefore there is an extra hot water heater. And an extra furnace. The roof was redone 10 years ago. We enjoy very nice shade trees. The house stays nice and cool in the summertime.
