Front parlor with bay window, formal dining room with built in china cabinets (with secret closet), butler's pantry, kitchen, and family room. Eight fireplaces and original brick root cellar. Recent upgrades include electrical, plumbing, and foam insulation. Four car carport and storage shed on property. House sits on a hill across from Co-Lin Community College. Original historic mill house, built to last. Second owner. This is the good.

The Bad: The house needs some work. It needs paint in some of the rooms. The front porch has a leak which has caused some damage but is a relative easy fix. The kitchen needs renovation. We always used window units when we lived there so there is no central heating or cooling.

Bottom Line: We don't have the time or interest in restoring this home. It is in livable condition as is but will need work to make it a showplace. The bones are good though.
