    "Pearland is a great town to settle in. It's just far enough out of Houston to avoid big city bustle and close enough for work and those weekend trips into the big city to a club or dining. Shopping in Pearland is convenient and safe. There are stores of every variety and parking is easy to find. the 288/518 area has a great vibe to it and is a wonderful place to spend a Saturday. "

    "easy access to 288 and to 518 without actually living on either. There is a park across the street for activities and to prevent further development. Dog park too. Great schools and new high school. Perfect for families but good for anyone. Has nice yard kids or dogs."
