I apologize for not having photos of the front of the house but you can drive by and see it any time. I will try to take photos soon of the front. All I have are old photos from before the driveway was widened and before the kings fingers spread out in the yard. It is much nicer now than it was then.
Well cared for block style home, clean, new evap cooler in 2007, heater in excellent condition and well maintained, large living room. No guarantees on appliances but the stove and refrigerator are about 5 years old and all the appliances are currently in good working order. Two storeage sheds and a covered back porch with washer and dryer inside and a large pantry style cabinet as well as a small storeage area that can be locked. Also, the porch can be fitted with screens in summer and with pre-cut plexiglass in winter. Carport could potentially be closed in for extra living space. Double concrete drive for extra parking.
There is a 90 gallon fish pond that is in the back yard and can stay or go as the buyer chooses.
NOTE CURRENT OWNERS do not intend to vacate before May 2008 but will negotiate for renting our house back from a potential buyer until that time.
