    "This is a senior development. It is 55 and older. We have numerous golf courses and recreational areas. There are many activities for seniors to participate in. Shopping is close by from numerous markets. Bank and gas stations are easy to get to. "

    "I’m retired so my commute to a Sun City Recreation Center is where I go to for my hobby of silversmithing. The commute is easy with little traffic except during when snow birds arrive. The roads and parking becomes more crowded. Parking at grocery stores during snow bird visits is difficult. "
