    "The commute here is long. Be prepared to work a long way away. Great location for those who can work from home on a regular basis. Getting to the highway even takes a while. "

    "When I began working in Buffalo school district all the locals said " you will never get on Lake Charlotte... it is the best lake in the area. Clean water, sandy bottom, low public boat traffic, great fishing and great lake for water sports with a strong homeowners association. We bought on a lake in Maple Grove. Mistake... you can't change the water quality... we learned the hard way. "
