"Not a lot of children. Community was origally thought to be a retirement community but new housing went in and children are in the new houses. Mainly military families from the base which is near by. We do have community club house with activities for children and adults and a pool"
  • Hudman
"We have games, potlucks, cards, year round pool. Many activities for kids also , Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween trunk or treat, parades, and other activities."

"There are quite a few people that you get to know through the dog walking. Quiet, low traffic streets. A couple of parks nearby for more dog walking. "

"So close to fun things in Alabama & same distance to great shopping & unique restaurants in Pensacola. Half a mile from the bay which can take you to the Gulf. "
  • Patricia N.
"Much of the market is retirees and there aren’t many families with children. Some call it God’s waiting room. It is that dynamic that I do not like. I prefer to always live with all kinds of people. "
  • Sandra W.
"I currently reside in Arbor Ridge Subdivision. It is a great place to walk . I feel very safe in my house. Great neighbors and close to Pensacola and Mobile. Also only minutes to the beach. We have a public boat access to the bay. Very quite area by close to everything! "

"You can not beat Spanish Cove for amenities. They have so much to do all the time. It is so clean, quite, and safe here. "
  • Teresa M.
"This is a great area; safe, well taken care of---the prices are high--"
  • Teresa M.
"area is nice---mtost homes are clean and updated; the second garage is a little unusual but could be an asset. Other homes with same square footage and amenities are in high twenties or low thirties."
  • Lew D.
"This area is so save and beautiful with live oaks, Perdido bay and close to Pensacola. The subdivision consists of curving streets with beautiful trees. Homes both large and small and all kept nicer than average with a pride of ownership. There is a large year round pool, fishing pier, tennis courts, and a large clubhouse. A very nice place to live."
