Beautifully updated two story home close to Wittenberg located on quiet street. Everything here has been updated. In 2010, all of the carpeting was replaced upstairs in the bedrooms. Also, in 2010, the back porch was renovated into a storage/utility room adding the convenient 1st floor laundry & plenty of storage. The windows, central air & water heater were new in 2011. They completely gutted & remodeled the kitchen with IKEA cabinets, an island & new counter tops/backsplash/sink/fixtures in 2013. Furnace new in 2012 and they also brought in a new shed & wired it with electric. Privacy fence new in 2012. In 2014, they installed new vinyl siding & all new gutters. In 2015, the first floor bathroom was completely gutted & remodeled including custom tile work in the shower. Also in 2015, they repaired the sidewalk/curb.

Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
