New paint inside and out. New estate blinds. Separate washer and dryer room with gas and electric connection. This is a energy efficient house. Short term lease consider for higher rent. The tenant pays all utilities. Preference to teachers / government employee's/ public servants/ and retirees with good income. We will consider renting on weekly pay of $550 for 52 weeks a year. With traffic that time doubles, but I have the option of either taking the highway or one of several local routes into the city. It’s convenient to have so many options to try beating traffic."
