    "My ten year old has made so many friends in the neighborhood over the years. Kids will get together for bike rides, play at the park, etc. The communication between parents and the community aspect of the neighborhood are wonderful! This is a safe place for kids to grow up and explore in such a lovely historic neighborhood full of the most amazing trees, not to mention the lovely views of Lookout. Glad to call St. Elmo home. "

    "Cars drive fast down the main roads and I don't feel safe letting my kids play in the front yard. I even get nervous as they walk down the sidewalk to the car. Back streets are safer. "
