4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son went to 3rd & 4th grade here and my daughter went to 6th. The school was okay. The teachers that we had were fine…again, not the best & not the worst. Nothing awful, but nothing too great or special either. It was just somewhere in the middle. I guess I would recommend it as being average.Parent Review7mo ago2 Reviews - Check out schools near 102 E Sunset St.

"Love this neighborhood! Close to everything with a historic and eclectic vibe. There's a lot to offer in Hot Springs: nature, lakes, a National Park, hose racing, mountain biking, etc."

"The condo I’m living in is isolated with very little to offer for kids seeking playground area or walkways. It’s definitely more of a retirement feel"

"Simple and easy depending on the driver. Location is a bit far but it also depends on the driver whether they be a race car driver or old pops over there just taking it easy. "

"I love lake life and living directly on Lake Hamilton. I love being about to travel by boat or jet ski instead of a vehicle to different places. "

"I live in an apartment complex. We have very few group activities…a Christmas party, occasional food truck Fridays, one pool party with live entertainment. I’ve lived here five years, and that’s about it. "

"Probably that they bark at anything and everything. Post man comes by they bark, neighbors get home they bark. Homes are close together. They would like that they can walk their dogs safely in the neighborhood. Just enough room in the backyard for one dog. Pet friendly people though in the neighborhood. "

"This is a quiet, small neighborhood. People keep to themselves although I do know quite a few of my neighbors. We are close to many restaurants, the lake and the bypass. Very centrally located while also being out of the city limits. Bad traffic flow unfortunately."

"I drive my own car. But there is a city bus that runs through the whole town. Most people drive their own cars. I’m not sure if the city bus is popular transportation. Otherwise people use Uber, Lyft, or the can service "
