    "The neigborhood is quite and very well kept. Its tucked away from the main road and surrounded by lots of large older trees. It's very peacefull; you can take the little ones walking to the nearby park. The neighbors are nice and they have large get togethers once every 3 months. You have Cooper Creek nearby; which has a large walking area, a few resteraunts, and in the summer time, they have activities every weekend at the lake. Not to far up the road is a grocery store, and new resturants. The crime rate in this area is very low to hardly anything. Its a great area to rasie kids."
