For 19 years the current owner has worked to completely restore the exterior of this all brick home as well as the interior, according to his concept of the original construction, including the interior's abundance of original fir trim, woodwork and oak floors. This is an outstanding example of the Craftsman style. Cut native sandstone foundation. Well sited on a large corner lot facing south. All new windows except for the original vertical four over one muntined windows which provide excellent light and ventilation. All new wiring upstairs, in the kitchen and part of the basement. New sewerline to the street. Sprinkler system producing a beautiful full rich grass lawn. Great brick patio which features a fireplace, bird bath, wooden swing and chairs that all stay, including two cement benches in the front of the house. 10'x12' den/office on upper level. 2nd Family room in basement - 18'x11'. 5th bedroom in basement - 10'x13'.

Other than if you live close to Cattron which my building is located close to Catherine and sometimes you can hear the traffic. Other than that it’s great"

Convenient location for stores, strip malls or even the mall within ten minutes. Great location to have rapid city at your fingertips without having to be right in the middle and having to deal with rush hour traffic"
