Because this house is currently occupied and we desire not to inconvenience good tenants in order to view you must pre-apply. If you are determined to be a qualified candidate a viewing may be set up subject to tenant agreement. In-lieu of a pre-vacated viewing shortly after the house is vacated (April) an open house will be held by invitation to you if we have not pre-rented. As a pre-apply and qualified applicant you will be given priority on renting. and viewing.
We urge you to pre-apply.
We do not require a "fairy tale" perfect credit history. We understand life and its turmoil so we consider your "total picture" and situation.
Information required for each adult tenant pre-apply:
*Job and income information- length of employment, earnings, etc.
*Approximate FICO - a FICO credit score and credit report may be obtained free of charge on creditkarma.com
*In lieu of a full credit report a summary of any credit issues
*Length of previous/current rental
*Reason for moving
*Anticipated moving date
SERIOUS Candidates may want to include a full application on their pre-apply. An online application can be completed through zillow.com and then e-mailed to us.
