About this House

There are several extra rooms in this home. Starting with a gun vault in the basement. There is a mechanical room attached to the gun vault. There are two rooms in the basement that could be used as bedrooms or storage rooms as well. We added on a new addition to our home about 10 years ago. It almost doubled the size of the home. It is a large living room with vaulted ceiling, a wet bar, a pantry, and an extra full bathroom. The master bedroom is very large with a walk-in closet and attached full bathroom. Our home has two beautiful gas fireplaces for heat, along with electric wall heaters. The main level has newly installed hardwood throughout, and new carpet in the basement. There is an attached two and a half car garage, and lots of blacktop to park other vehicles and toys. This property has several outbuildings. Next to the garage is a 10' by 35' workshop. It is insulated and has electricity and can be heated in the winter months easily. There is an open front storage shed 12' by 24'. Next to the storage shed is a dog run with concrete floor. There is a 6' by 8' chicken coop. In the rear section of the property in a 24' by 48' barn with water. This property is fenced, has water rights, with a creek running through the property, and has lots of mature trees.

"This town is a great town to raise your kids. It may not be the best places for malls and shopping but for outdoor activities itโ€™s great "
  • Ashley Winters-Glenn
"The traffic has become horrible and crime has gone up. I worry Idaho Falls will only continue to go down hill. No one is friendly or neighborly and they speed through red lights and neighborhoods without consequence. "
  • Iris Evans
"Itโ€™s pretty safe living in Idaho Falls. However Iโ€™m not sure why thereโ€™s high school kids skidding cars at parking lots at night especially during the summer. I guess thereโ€™s not a whole lot to do, but that could become a problem as Iโ€™ve seen cops stopping them. Crime rates have increased a bit after the rise of population in the past few years. That being said Iโ€™d still suggest educating kids to not trust strangers. "
  • Bh9th7fjhx
"Numbered streets are safe and centrally located to everything. Sidewalks abound as well as public green spaces."
  • Bh9th7fjhx
