NOT included: Toiletries, condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup etc), soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper (will be 2 paper rolls complimentary upon arrival) , paper towels.

* Price is based on a 31 night rental period minimum
* All reservations will be confirmed with-in 24hours after booking
* Minimum rental age is: 25
* No smoking
* We do NOT host events/ parties/ or overnights in our suites at the moment
