Our Solution:
- For this property we are not going to use credit as a requirement to approve applicants as long as
the following stipulations are met:
- There can be no late payments on the credit report for the last 6 months
- The income for all applicants totals to at least 3x the rent in monthly income
- We are provided with the last property managers/owners contact information and can
verify that no rent payments have been missed within the last year.
Please note that we do not and legally cannot make any money off of application fees, but we do need to hold strictly to the stipulations set forth above. Please do not apply if you think any of those criteria cannot be met, we know how quickly application fee costs can add up. Move in costs are at an all time high, we do not charge any signing fees. Security deposits can be broken up over the first three months of occupancy.
