This home is perfect for a small family! It has a large living room and a smaller sitting area! It has a large master bedroom, which has new wood flooring and paint, with a bathroom and 2 other bedrooms and a second bathroom. The house is sold as is. It needs some work. We started to remodel but it became too much for us. The foundation has been repaired and leveled, and comes with a transferable lifetime guarantee! It needs new flooring, paint, cracks in the ceiling need to be patched from when foundation was leveled, the sprinkler system will need replacing in places as former owners dog dug up some pieces of pipe and some sprinkler heads, and a new roof. It is a perfect home and has been very loved. We have taken care of it and done a lot of work to it but because of work and a little one, we can not put the time it deserves into it. It has the original 60s oven and stove and they have been very well taken care of. They still look as good as they did when installed! If you’re into classic appliances, and don’t mind putting in work around it, this home is for you! Pictures will be added soon!

I think the principals are good, but unfortunately a lot of the teachers & staff are not. I think they could careless about the job there suppose to be doing (teaching) .They also think they can do as they please with your kids & push off there personal beliefs on them. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son had a disciplinary problem that went on for a long time until one teacher finally told me about it. When I was notified, I stopped the behavior. He was written up for his behavior before I was notified by another teacher. Why didn't someone let me know sooner? If it wasn't for that one teacher concerned for my son's physical well being, I would never have known there was a problem. I was told by the Asst. Principle that if his behavior wasn't stopped, he would have been suspended, but they never let me know there was a problem! Why didn't they tell me in the beginning, or when he was written up the first time? Why keep that from parents?? Why not let parents into the school and classrooms to audit? That would stop a lot of bad behavior. But the admin and teachers don't want us to know what goes on there. WHY?? What are they hiding???Parent Review2y ago - Libby Elementary School

His teacher told me he's a summer baby & he will need held back & just gave up on him. Never sent work home nothing. Tried to badger me into adhd meds. The doctor says he doesn't need them. She then isolated him in a corner so she didn't have to deal with him. His teacher this year isn't much better. Don't send your children here.Parent Review11y ago
