Terrific red brick patio/no yard-work! Heat pump was replaced in 2005, disposal in 2011 and water heater in 2012. All carpeting was replaced in 2015. One of the nicest pool/spa/rec centers in Tucson.

Events like Mother’s Day celebrations, movie nights, back to school BBQ, Friday nights at the park with food trucks. We also have a community garden. My neighborhood (Colonial del Valley) is mostly elderly people who raised their kids here and a mix of younger people who are buying homes from relatives. "

They may not like reckless drivers that cut through the neighborhood streets at times. This would usually occur at night though. It is minutes away from the university and shopping downtown or a variety of shops, eating establishments, and the mall is not far away. There is also a fire station nearby, but not too close to be disturbing. "
