One of Forney's most desirable subdivisions. Great family amenities, something for everyone to enjoy. This home says welcome immediately with a nice wide entry. Lovely open floor plan, 4 bedrooms (all have closets), or 3 bedrooms and office, spacious kitchen and large living area. In the past 3 years, the owner has improved the property greatly. Glass top range, hot water heater, all flooring, new carpet installed 04-26, and 2-inch blinds, Most of the home has also been repainted inside. Wide baseboards have also been added in some areas. The backyard is spacious enough for the kids and the animals, and yes there is a doggie door. The front yard is a very manageable size with a nice size live oak tree.
