My newest love affair in The Inlet! As many folks descend upon the greater Myrtle Beach area during the summer, one place tends to leave a lasting impression. The locals know this place as "The Inlet"- Murrells Inlet. Known historically as a small fishing village, The Inlet is now a hot spot for folks looking to relocate from around the country. Shockingly, my son's soccer coach moved from Switzerland to Murrells Inlet. I guess "we" Murrells Inlet are going global, lol. See, the Inlet is all about location. It's simple, people want access to Sun, Fun, and affordability. Even though prices have increased in our area, it's still a bargain compared to other places with fewer amenities. Now that we've got that out, my newest love affair is the cutest bungalow in The Inlet, and it was built just a few years ago. This property boasts the best of both worlds, just minutes from Huntington Beach State Park and The Marsh Walk. Away from the flood zones of the Inlet, and a large fenced-in parcel that accommodates a custom pool with tanning ledge in an outdoor Oasis with plenty of room to sprawl out. The fit and finishes are tremendous. The house looks like an HGTV model home. It has a split floor plan with a massive kitchen and living area. The owner's suite is very inviting.
