Neighborhood Description

This is a small subdivision with only one road in off the mail road (Ainaola Dr.). There are wide streets and paved sidewalks. It is quiet and safe.
Located 3 miles above Univ of Hawaii Hilo and 4 miles above the largest shopping mall on the island (Prince Kuhio). There is free bus service to UHH and downtown throughout the day. Our well water is pure and delicious. We are elevated enough to catch cool breezes and have good view of Mauna Kea.
