The lot consists of a easily manageable & well kept lawn, a 8 x 10 shed, 2 off street paved parking spots and a carport. This home has been touched from top to bottom with too many improvements to list. Just some of this homes improvements include: New Kitchen Appliances (Refrigerator, Stove / Oven, Hood Vent), New Window Coverings, New Flooring (Carpet and Luxury Vinyl Tile), New Light Fixtures (with LED bulbs), New Door Hardware, New Sink and Tub fixtures (all in matching Oil Rubbed Bronze). Both bedrooms have built-in cabinets / dressers with mirrors (all tastefully redone). Both the interior and exterior of the home have been completely repainted (to included the deck and shed - to match), windows were given new trim, and new indoor / outdoor carpet was installed on the spacious and covered front deck. The home has a new water heater that was installed late last year and the furnace was inspected and cleaned and given a clean 'Bill of Health" by professional HVAC company. The included washer and dryer are clean and fully functional as well. This is a wonderful, clean and well kept 55 and older park with a low monthly lot rent of $310 which includes both water and garbage. The new owner will have to be approved by the park.

Great location to have rapid city at your fingertips without having to be right in the middle and having to deal with rush hour traffic"
