Privacy fence completely surrounds the large backyard. Owner is also leaving the washer, dryer and the shed in the backyard.     "It’s shocking seeing rent become so high in certain neighborhoods in Jacksonville. I have never in a million years thought I’d see duplexes in New River going for $1100! And Town Center apartments being over $1300 a month! That is ridiculous. Rentals in that area were between 550-700. That is so sad."

    "It’s mind blowing to see Jacksonville’s rent prices skyrocket. Duplexes surrounding the New River neighborhood use to be 595-700 a month and now they are in the high 900’s and 1,000’s. That is so sad. I never thought I’d see the day where rentals on Starling St and York St and other streets are 1000-1200. That is RIDICULOUS for that area."

I have never had any issues living here and it has been a very safe environment so far from the time that I have lived here. I am very happy with everything except the roads which are bumpy and some potholes. These items get taken care of throughout the year."
