The gorgeously furnished and remodeled 3-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 9 adults. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, direct access to the rear deck, a flat screen television, and an extremely comfortable king-size bed. The 2 additional bedrooms offer a queen bed, and a full/twin bunk bed, respectively, both with flat screen televisions. The sofa bed offers a brand new queen-sized memory foam mattress for extra sleeping accommodations.

All pillows, linens, towels and beach towels are provided, and the kitchen is fully supplied with dining-ware service for 12+, cookware, bakeware, tupperware, small appliances, a microwave, dishwasher, and a generously-stocked pantry with spices and oils for your convenience. The washer/dryer is also available to all guests. An electric barbecue grill is located on the rear deck for grilling.

Parking is plentiful, and is steps from the front door. The condo is on the ground floor, so there are no steps to climb up with groceries or luggage! It is situated on the north end of the building, and the sand is down a short, 30-second walkway and approximately 10 steps down.

Things to do around Monterey Bay:

For the curious – we encourage you to visit The Monterey Bay Aquarium, the Mission at Carmel or the Mission at San Juan Bautista, Fisherman's Wharf in Monterey, or downtown Carmel.

For the connoisseurs – you'll want to schedule time for wine tasting at the many wonderful wineries found along the Monterey Coast (including Bonny Doon Vineyard, Soquel Vineyards, and Estancia), or satisfy your taste buds for fresh seafood and locally-grown vegetables at any one of a myriad of nearby restaurants and produce markets.

For the shoppers – there are literally hundreds of charming boutiques and stores throughout Santa Cruz, Capitola, Monterey, and Carmel.

We have a cultural center, a farmers market, and nationally famous sausage and meat. It's quiet and unique here. Picture apple orchards meet the redwoods.
