"Very picky they call the police for anything and everything. Is quiet but neighborhood is very noisy "
  • Juan
"Reading is a great place to live, especially if you’re on the border next to the West and want a neighborhood that feels clean, safe, and walkable. The area has great parks, and it’s perfect for kids, casual walks, and bike rides around town. Like anywhere, you may occasionally see people trying to break into cars, but it’s sporadic rather than constant, and most of the time the neighborhood feels peaceful. A lot of the neighbors are friendly and easy to get along with, though, like anywhere, there are a few difficult people mixed in. Overall, Reading has a strong small-town feel with good energy and plenty to like. Reading’s borough site highlights its 21-acre park and community recreation options, and local sources commonly describe it as walkable and family-friendly"
  • Trulia User

  • Trulia User
"Bus transportation at every corner, easy to get around either by walking, bus, bike, scooter, handicap rams on corners. Traffic light"

  • Shane81evans
"Quit streets good hard working people A neighborhood's uniqueness comes from its unique blend of people, local businesses, amenities, and character. Factors like safety, the quality of schools, and community atmosphere contribute to its distinct identity, while specific features such as a thriving food scene, parks, or a rich history can make it special. Ultimately, a neighborhood becomes unique through the relationships residents build, the shared meanings they attach to places, and the lifestyle it"

  • Jennsantanao.04
"I need more space where to have my pet and I want an extra room and a better school nearby for my daughter."
  • Morsletine67
"There are a lot of people that walk their dogs in this area and most people are animal friendly, but you do have some people that put up signs to keep off lawn. The reason I believe this happens is because you do have some people, very few, that will walk their dogs at night and not clean up. As a dog owner, I always clean up after my dog and I get very annoyed when I am walking and I see that someone didn’t clean up after their dog. "
  • Jul Kastle
"Very Friendly Neighborhood~We Feel safe in our Community. Everyone is friendly and welcoming..Nice place to call Home. "
  • Jfinks69
"Neighbors are respectful of each other and their properties. The area is maintained and is close enough to shops and businesses without being too close. "
  • Morgan
"724 can be backed up at times, which is annoying. Local groceries, post office, school and farmers market is all very convenient. "
  • Pchacon2122
"Neighbors are pet friendly and I have ample space for my dogs in my yard. I feel my dogs are safe in our yard/home "
  • D. Rivera
"Absolutely nothing. I moved here because I lived among the elderly and they began moving and selling their homes after Covid. Now the neighbors are loud with music playing constantly. Outside smoking weed and using profanity all the time. Gets worse during the summer time. I cannot let my kids outside to ply because there is no respect for them as children."
  • hm96
"Some people do not keep their dogs quiet, then the barking picks up when people or another dog is walking by. "
  • Keesha Hill
"The area of safety the schools and shopping the community overall The living of country suburban life "
  • Trulia User
"Never leave your children alone outside. Many predators live in the area and it’s just not safe to leave them alone. "
  • Trulia User
"My neighborhood has great access to public transportation. It's near to a lot of market, you can get your foods ordered and delivered with no problem. "
  • Trulia User
"My neighborhood is dangerous and not safe for kids. I am expecting twins and do not feel comfortable living here."
  • Trulia User
"Evening music and live action and drama. There are usually festivals and community events during all seasons "
  • Trulia User
"There’s a dog swim every year on the last day that the pool is open where the dogs of the area get to go swimming. They also do a family night out every year where they show a movie on a big screen and have police and fire trucks teaching safety and playing games and vendors "
  • Cjmayernik
