About this House

Georgetown is a small village and the county seat. Everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly and helpful to eachother. When inside the house, you can't tell that you have neighbors within a mile radius because it is so quiet. It is also very safe. Taking a midnight stroll of the neighborhood alone isn't something to fret about and if you ever turn around to see someone running after you while doing so.... you most likely dropped your wallet and they are making sure you get it back:) The only downside is that everything except for the UDF closes by 9pm, so if you need late night snacks, Kroger is 20 minutes down the road in Mt. Orab

"People are friendly, and they have a walking park and a play area just for dogs. It is safe for kids to trick or treat in the community. They have the brown county fair that is amazing to be so small!"
