    "it's well-kept it's close to many things such as groceries, restaurants, Banks, and the beach. it's convenient location it's across the street from a great Park. it has easy access to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike. I will be moving out of Indian Creek at the end of the month. I must say I enjoyed it here I would recommend it to anybody. the only thing that I disagree with is the fees for the h o a required to use the swimming pool. The golf course is another issue outside of the pool but it would be nice if it was available to everyone not just owners of the houses. Renters should have access. neighborhood community policies are fine with me."
