I will be moving out of this apartment for the summer and am looking for someone to sublease my room. The apartment is fully furnished. My room has a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and L shaped desk. It is about a 10 minute walk to the ISU quad. The apartment backs directly up to the Constitution Trail. I pay $680 per month, so the price I am asking is very reasonable. There will be two roommates here, both very friendly.

    "overall it's a great place to raise a family, but, just like anywhere, check the crime maps and make sure your kids know to stay away from certain parts of town. Downtown Bloomington is where the highest concentration of crime happens. Mostly the college kids are targeted, but just be a little more cautious around there."
