"I only need to drive across Main St to get to my office. It's just 3 minutes away. The streets do get busy at rush hour times, especially going north in the morning and south in the evening. Main backup is in center of the city at Main St. & Franklin "

"Neighborhood has a lot of diversity in age groups. Quiet area that has ongoing improvements in quality of life. People are nice and welcoming to minorities which is a huge plus. Centerville police do patrol neighborhoods. Lots of family friendly activities in the outdoors which will feel like a private family moment."

"Can be difficult to commute depending on the time of day. Downtown CENTERVILLE during 8am or 5pm is very busy with kids getting out of school and people headed home from work. "

"Nice friendly place to raise children. The schools are great. There are plenty of parks, some with water play equipment which is nice in then summer months. Shopping is convenient with numerous stores and restaurants. Hospitals are close incase you need one"
